Smart-eHealth is a cloud based clinical and research platform that enables practitioners to maintain all of their records in a database for easy access. Any health professional group or individual can use the system. Practitioners can work alone or in collaborative groups. All who are interested in simplified and shared automated record keeping can use the system.

Main on-line facilities

• On-line clinic diary. Appointments can be viewed and made from any browser, anywhere.
  
• Patients can log-in and view their health record and test results (once they have been discussed with their practitioner)
• Patients can upload behavioural/symptom questionnaires from any browser into the database.
  
• Secure industry-standard interface for hands-off background uploading of results into the database from labs. 
  
• Practitioners access patient data with a few keystrokes and can track behavioural and/or lab results across time, with graphs or tables.
  

Smart-eHealth lends itself to easy data extraction for research.

• Smart-eHealth provides a platform whereby Doctors and allied Health Professionals can conduct the research needed to support treatment protocols.
• Smart-eHealth will store Transcriptional information on 3000 targeted single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for each patient 
• Smart-eHealth will store symptoms checklist, RBC minerals and other nutritional and blood markers.
• This information can be used to research which genes are associated with symptoms and best nutrient/medication outcomes.
• The system enables the testing of hypotheses through dietary changes and nutritional supplementation.
